Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms are the agreement between you and Venus Cloud Ltd for using Postfetti: the website, the app and any paid plan. By creating an account, buying a plan or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the parts about cancelling, your content and our responsibility to you.
Postfetti hasn't launched yet. Today only the website and waitlist are live. The parts about accounts, plans and TikTok apply once those features are available.
About these terms
Postfetti is provided by Venus Cloud Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07563716), with its registered office at 1 Richmond Road, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire, FY8 1PE, United Kingdom.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of these terms. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
What Postfetti does
Postfetti lets you turn photos into TikTok photo slideshows: arrange photos into slides, add and position text, preview the result, and publish it to your connected TikTok account straight away or at a time you schedule. The features available to you depend on your plan.
Postfetti creates photo slideshows, not videos. It works with TikTok through TikTok's official APIs, so what it can do also depends on what TikTok allows (see Connecting TikTok).
Before launch, our website describes features we're building. Those descriptions aren't promises about specific features, launch dates, availability in your country or pricing. The interactive demo on our home page runs only in your browser and doesn't connect to any account.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn't create an account, commit you or us to anything, or guarantee early access, a place in line, or any price or feature. Please only sign up with your own email address. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or through our contact page. We may close the waitlist or remove sign-ups that look automated or abusive.
Your account
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to use TikTok where you live. To buy a paid plan, you must be 18 or over.
- Give us accurate details and keep your email address up to date, because we use it for important notices.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account unless it's caused by our failure to keep it secure. Tell us straight away through our contact page if you think someone else has accessed it.
- If you use Postfetti for a business or other organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Plans and payment
- Plans and prices. We may offer free and paid plans. Each plan's features, limits (such as how many posts you can schedule or how much you can store) and price are shown on our website and at checkout before you pay. If anything on our website differs from what you see at checkout, the checkout wins.
- Taxes. Prices for consumers include VAT or similar taxes where they apply. Business customers may be shown prices before tax.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example monthly or yearly), and we charge the payment method on file, until you cancel. Before an annual plan renews, we'll email you a reminder.
- Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, we'll tell you before you start when the trial ends and what you'll pay after it. We'll remind you before the first payment, and you can cancel before then without being charged.
- Price changes. We may change the price of a plan. If it affects your subscription, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If it still can't be collected, we may move your account to a free plan or pause paid features until it's sorted.
- Upgrades and downgrades. Upgrades take effect straight away, and you may be charged a pro-rated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you move to a plan with lower limits, some features may stop working until you're within them, but we won't delete your projects because of a downgrade.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time online in your account settings, or by sending us a message through our contact page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then won't renew. Except as explained below or where the law requires it, we don't refund the remainder of a period you've already started.
Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers)
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you can cancel a new paid subscription within 14 days of the day you buy it, without giving a reason. To cancel, use your account settings, send us a message through our contact page, or send us any other clear statement that you've decided to cancel. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
What you get back depends on what you chose at checkout:
- If you asked us to start straight away and confirmed that you understood what that means for your refund, we'll refund what you paid minus an amount for the service you received before you told us you were cancelling, in proportion to the period you paid for.
- If you didn't, we'll refund everything you paid.
We'll refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Only complete and return this form if you want to cancel. Send it through our contact page or post it to the address below.

Your content
“Your content” means everything you add to or create in Postfetti: photos, text, captions, slideshows and settings.
- You own your content. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.
- The permission you give us. So we can run Postfetti, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, display and transmit your content, only as needed to provide the service to you. That includes sending it to TikTok when you publish or schedule a post. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies in backups for the limited time explained in our Privacy Policy.
- What we won't do. We won't use your content to advertise Postfetti, show it to other users, sell it, or use it to train AI models, without your permission.
- Your rights to what you post. You're responsible for your content and promise that you have the rights to use it, including permission from anyone who appears in your photos and from whoever owns the images and text you use. Postfetti doesn't give you rights to anyone else's work.
- Keep your own copies. We look after your content carefully, but Postfetti isn't a backup service. Keep originals of anything important.
Content and conduct rules
You must not use Postfetti to create, store or publish content, or behave in a way, that:
- is illegal, or promotes or helps illegal activity
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights
- sexualises or exploits children in any way
- is sexually explicit, or harasses, threatens, bullies or promotes hatred or violence against anyone
- is deceptive, such as impersonating someone, making misleading claims, or hiding that content is paid advertising when the law or TikTok requires you to disclose it
- breaks TikTok's terms or Community Guidelines
- misuses the service, for example by spamming, using automated tools to create accounts or posts in bulk, trying to get around plan limits or security, reverse-engineering the app, or introducing harmful code
If we reasonably believe content breaks these rules, we may remove it, stop it being published or suspend publishing from your account. Where it's appropriate and lawful, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
If you think content made with Postfetti infringes your rights, send us the details through our contact page: the content, your rights and how to contact you.
Connecting TikTok
- You authorise each post. Connecting your TikTok account allows Postfetti to publish to it on your behalf, but only when you press publish or set up a scheduled post. You choose the post's settings, such as who can see it, before it goes out.
- TikTok's rules apply too. Your TikTok account and everything you post are also governed by TikTok's terms and Community Guidelines. That includes TikTok's rules on disclosing branded or paid content.
- TikTok is in charge of TikTok. TikTok decides whether a post is accepted, how it's shown and whether it stays up, and it can change or limit its API at any time. We don't control any of that and can't guarantee that a post will be accepted, reach an audience or remain available.
- Scheduled posts. We'll try to publish at the time you choose, but posts can be delayed or fail, for example if TikTok is unavailable, rejects the post, or your connection to TikTok has expired. If a scheduled post fails, we'll let you know.
- Disconnecting. You can disconnect TikTok in Postfetti or in your TikTok settings at any time. Scheduled posts for that account will then be cancelled.
- No affiliation. Postfetti is an independent product. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its owner.
Importing images
If we offer importing from Pinterest or other services, it's a convenience for bringing images into a project. It doesn't give you the right to reuse those images. Only import and publish images you own or have permission to use. Pinterest is a trademark of its owner, and Postfetti isn't affiliated with it.
Our content and brand
Postfetti, including its software, design, text, graphics, name and logo, belongs to Venus Cloud Ltd or the people who license it to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Postfetti under these terms. You may not copy, sell or create your own product from it.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you. We won't name you without your permission.
Changes to Postfetti
We're always improving Postfetti, so features will change over time. Sometimes changes are needed because TikTok or another platform changes its rules or API. If we make a change that significantly reduces what your paid plan includes, we'll tell you in advance where we can. You can then cancel and receive a refund for any period you've paid for but won't use.
We work to keep Postfetti available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may need to pause it for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. Features marked as beta or early access may be less reliable and may change or be removed.
Suspending or closing accounts
- You can close your account at any time in your account settings. Cancelling a subscription and closing your account are separate steps, but closing your account also cancels any subscription.
- We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay what you owe, or we're required to by law. Unless there's an urgent reason, such as illegal content or a security risk, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
- If we close Postfetti, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your content, and refund any period you've paid for but won't receive.
- After an account is closed, we delete your content as explained in our Privacy Policy. Posts already published to TikTok stay on TikTok until you remove them there.
Our responsibility to you
We provide Postfetti with reasonable care and skill. If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable.
We're also not responsible for:
- how TikTok or any other platform treats your content or account, or how a post performs
- delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at TikTok or our providers
- loss of content you could have prevented by keeping your own copies
- if you're a consumer, business losses such as lost profit, revenue, sales or business opportunity, because a consumer plan is provided for personal use
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breaching your legal rights as a consumer, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.
Business customers
If you use Postfetti for your business, trade, craft or profession, these extra terms apply:
- The consumer rights in these terms, including the 14-day right to cancel, don't apply to you, although you can still cancel your subscription at any time as explained above.
- Except for the liability we can't limit by law, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
- You'll cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from claims by third parties that your content or your use of Postfetti infringed their rights or broke the law.
- Postfetti is provided as it is. We don't make any promises about it beyond those set out in these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. If a change significantly affects you, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel and close your account before then, and we'll refund any period you've paid for but won't use. Otherwise the new terms apply from the date shown. Smaller changes, such as clearer wording, apply when we publish them.
Law and disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first through our contact page. Most issues can be sorted out quickly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any disputes. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local law that can't be overridden by agreement.
If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours, for example if Postfetti is sold, and we'll make sure that doesn't reduce your rights. No one else has any rights under these terms.
